Withdrawal from the contract

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GAPI Sp. z o.o., 86/410 Hoża St., Warsaw, 00-682 Warsaw, sklep@table4u.pl, Phone: 600640246) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to observe the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information on the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. Downloadable withdrawal form.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment by transfer to the bank account indicated in the withdrawal statement; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.

Terms of return

Please send back or hand over the item to us, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiration of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item.

Please be informed that we do not have the possibility to pick up the returned goods at the registered office of Gapi Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Warsaw ,86/410 Hoża St .In case of mistakenly returning the goods to the address of the company's registered office, all costs related to reshipment to the address of the warehouse shall be borne by the Buyer.

If you wish to use the return on the basis of our agreement with carriers, please inform us about it in the withdrawal form. The cost of shipping will range from 30zl to 360zl depending on the weight of all packages in the shipment:

- Inpost:30 PLN (available only for furniture for which this form of shipping was possible at purchase)

- up to 15kg: 109zl
- up to 25kg: 129zl
- up to 32kg: 149zl
- up to 45kg: 185zl
- 46-60kg: 225zl
- 61-75kg: 265zł
- 76-90kg: 309zł
- 91-105kg: 339zł
- 106-120kg: 379zł
- over 120kg: 445zł

According to the shipping law, the sender is responsible for securing the goods for transport.
The furniture you wish to return should be secured so that it is not damaged in transit, preferably in the original packaging. Legs or other elements that have been installed after receiving the item should be disassembled, secured and placed in such a way that they do not move in transit.

You are liable only for the diminution of the value of the thing resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.

The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the case of a contract in which the subject of performance is a non-refabricated thing, produced to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs. In particular, this includes all furniture made by us on individual order.
