Delivery Terms

Orders placed in our store are delivered via the courier company Zadbano. Personal collection of ordered products is not available.

Available products are shipped within the timeframe specified during the ordering process, by courier delivery, after payment has been credited or the order has been confirmed (in the case of cash on delivery).



Shipping timeframe for ordered products:

- up to 10 business days for products available in stock, counted from the moment the order is accepted for processing. Furniture shipments from the warehouse take place once a week (usually on Wednesdays), but delivery orders must be registered by 12:00 PM the day before. Orders placed and paid for after this deadline, or in the case of a high volume of orders, may be scheduled for dispatch the following week.

Once your delivery order is registered, you will receive an email/SMS notification directly from the courier company, containing shipment details, tracking options (e.g., website or mobile app), and the estimated delivery date. In each case, the customer can manage the delivery order, including rescheduling or changing the delivery address.

For orders delivered via Zadbano, deliveries take place on business days between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, within 5 business days from when the furniture leaves our warehouse. The delivery date and time will be provided directly by the transport company, taking into account logistical capabilities, plans, and the delivery zone in which the customer is located.

- up to 40 or 90 business days for pre-sale items, counted from the day the customer submits the order. Each pre-sale product includes an estimated shipping and delivery date.

This timeframe is approximate and may change — currently, transport time from the factory to our warehouse may take from 8 to 12 weeks.

If your Cart contains even one product with extended availability, the entire order will be delivered together, in accordance with the delivery date of the item(s) with the longest lead time.

In every case, we will confirm product availability and order fulfillment time. If there are discrepancies, we will contact you to confirm the expected delivery schedule.

Delivery Costs

Ordered products are delivered via:

1. Zadbano Sp. z o.o., ul. Wał Miedzeszyński 251, 04-866 Warsaw – HOME DELIVERY

Delivery costs depend on the size/weight of the furniture and are as follows:

• up to 15kg: 109 PLN
• up to 25kg: 129 PLN
• up to 32kg: 149 PLN
• up to 45kg: 185 PLN
• 46–60kg: 225 PLN
• 61–75kg: 265 PLN
• 76–90kg: 309 PLN
• 91–105kg: 339 PLN
• 106–120kg: 379 PLN
• over 120kg: 445 PLN

For cash on delivery payments, an additional fee of 20 PLN is added to the shipping cost.

Delivery with Furniture Carry-In:

(Standard Delivery) includes transport to the specified address and carrying the furniture packages into the customer’s premises (past the front door).

NOTE: The store is not responsible if the carry-in service cannot be completed due to limited access (e.g., doorway/staircase dimensions preventing safe delivery).

It is possible to order additional paid services directly from Zadbano, such as carrying furniture into a selected room inside the customer’s home – to arrange this, please contact the courier company directly.

A list of available pickup points is shown in the order form. When proceeding to checkout, select the “Delivery to Zadbano pickup point” option and choose your preferred location from the list.

Delivery costs to pickup points depend on the furniture size/weight and are as follows:

If you order multiple furniture items, the delivery cost is calculated based on the total weight of all products added to the cart and may be lower than if purchased separately.
