Quality control before shipping and handling of complaints. I received a scratched table - it was well-packaged, and the response to my complaint was that I must have scratched it myself. I'm in shock.

I am extremely satisfied with your products and customer service. However, what caused me a lot of frustration, anger, and stress was your courier partner, whose customer service is dramatically bad! It was impossible to contact them in any way. Neither by phone nor by email. Additionally, their online order management panel was not working.

The order process was as described. The waiting time might be somewhat discouraging - although the information is, of course, provided before purchase, it may lead some customers to cancel.
It would be nice if there were also chairs for the table in the WARSZAWA collection.

The quality of the furniture is great, and the price is reasonable. The delivery time could be a bit shorter, but I appreciate the efficient and clear communication about the order status and any potential delays. Other than that, I have no complaints.

At every stage, there is information about when you can roughly expect the delivery. I asked the carrier for a specific day and received a prompt response.
The internal spacer - a wooden rectangular block protecting the shelf during transport - slightly scratched the shelf inside despite being wrapped in foam due to its sharp edges. It is recommended to use a different method of securing the product during transport.

The expected wait was planned for 2 months. In reality, it was 5 months!!! It shouldn't be like this. I was already suspecting some kind of scam and lost money. The ongoing communication was too weak. You shouldn't allow such thoughts to arise in a customer's mind. Finally, I received it.
