Promotion Terms 'Hello Autumn' 09.2024

These terms set out the rules of the promotion called "Hello Autumn -10% on Everything" organized by the online store table4u.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Store.

  1. The organizer of the promotion named "Hello Autumn -10% on Everything," hereinafter referred to as the Promotion, is GAPI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Warsaw (postal code 00-682), ul. Hoża 86/410, registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000945496, with a share capital of 5000 PLN, NIP 7011068399, REGON 520952732.   2. The Promotion will be valid from September 27, 2024, at 00:00 until October 2, 2024, at 23:59:59 and applies to all products available in the Store while supplies last. After this date or for sold-out products, the Promotion will not apply.
  3. The Promotion does not apply to furniture manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individualized needs (custom orders) and does not apply in the case of reservations for furniture from planned deliveries, i.e., those that are not available in the current store offer.
  4. The Promotion cannot be combined with other sales promotions or discount coupons.
  5. The Promotion covers the entire assortment, promotional prices are automatically applied, and it includes -10% on the entire assortment.
  6. Placing an order during the Promotion period is tantamount to accepting these terms.
  7. The fulfillment of orders placed during the Promotion will be carried out under the terms set out in the main organizer's regulations. The regulations and privacy policy are available on the Organizer's website:

  1. The Participant agrees not to resell Products purchased during the Promotion in any capacity, especially within the framework of their business activities. In case of violation of this provision, the Organizer has the right to seek reimbursement of the value of the products acquired by the Participant under the Promotion, to which the Participant, by accepting the Terms and participating in the Promotion, agrees.
  2. In justified cases, the Organizer reserves the right to change these terms or the duration of this Promotion without prejudice to rights acquired by customers prior to the date of the change. For all matters not regulated in these Terms, the provisions of the main Regulations and generally applicable legal provisions will apply.
  3. Complaints regarding orders placed during the Promotion will be handled by the Seller in accordance with the provisions of the main regulations and applicable laws.
