I. Definitions

The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:

  1. Customer - a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, to which special regulations grant legal capacity, who makes an Order from the Store;
  2. Consumer - an adult natural person with full legal capacity or an adult natural person running a sole proprietorship, concluding a contract with the Seller directly related to his/her business or professional activity, but not of a professional nature.
  3. Civil Code - the Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended);
  4. Regulations - these Regulations specifying the general terms and conditions of sales and rules for the provision of services electronically within the Table4U online store;
  5. Online Store (Store) - the online service available at, through which, the Customer may, in particular, place Orders;
  6. Goods - products presented in the Online Store;
  7. Sales Agreement - an agreement for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Table4U and the Customer, concluded using the online service of the Store;
  8. Consumer Rights Act - the Act of May 30, 2014.

  10. Act on Provision of Electronic Services - Act of July 18, 2002 on Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended);
  11. Order - a declaration of will of the Customer, aimed directly at concluding a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of Goods.

II. General provisions

  1. These Regulations define the rules for the use of online store available at
  2. These Regulations are the rules referred to in Article 8 of the Act on electronic services.
  3. Table4U online store, operating at table4u .
  4. pl, is run by GAPI Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered seat in Warsaw (postal code 00-682), 86/410 Hoża Street, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000945496 with the share capital of 5000 PLN, NIP 7011068399, REGON 520952732.
  5. These Regulations define, in particular:
    1. rules for registration and use of an account as part of the online store;
    2. terms and conditions for electronic submission of Orders as part of the online store;
    3. rules for the conclusion of Sales Agreements with the use of services provided as part of the online store.
  6. use of the online store is possible on condition that the ICT system used by the Customer meets the following minimum technical requirements: (1) computer, laptop or other multimedia device with access to the Internet; (2) access to electronic mail; (3) web browser: Mozilla Firefox version 17.0 and higher or Internet Explorer version 10.0 and higher, Opera version 12.0 and higher, Google Chrome version 23.0. and higher, Safari version 5.0 and higher, Microsoft Edge version 25.10586.0.0 and higher; (4) recommended minimum screen resolution:
  7. 1280x720; (5) inclusion of cookies and Javascript support in the web browser. In
  8. order to use the online store, the Customer should, on his/her own, obtain access to a computer workstation or a terminal device, with access to the Internet.
  9. In accordance with applicable laws, Table4U reserves the right to restrict the provision of services through the Online Store to persons 18 years of age
  10. or older.
  11. In such a case, potential Customers will be notified of the above.
  12. Customers may access these Terms and Conditions at any time through the link provided on the home page of and download and print them.

III. Rules of using the Online Store

  1. Registration with the Online Store is optional. The Customer may place an order without registering with the Store, after reading and accepting these Regulations.

    2. . Registration is conditional on agreeing to the content of the Regulations and providing personal data marked as mandatory
    1. Table4U may deprive the Customer of the right to use the Online Store, as well as may restrict its access to part or all of the Online Store's resources, with immediate effect, if the Customer violates the Regulations, and in particular if the Customer:
      1. provided during registration in the online store data that are untrue, inaccurate or outdated, misleading or violating the rights of third parties,
      2. has committed, via the online store, a violation of the personal rights of third parties, in particular the personal rights of other customers of the online store,
      3. will commit other behaviors that will be considered by Table4U as behaviors inconsistent with applicable laws or general rules of Internet use or detrimental to the good name of Table4U.

n order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided on the Website, the Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of security risk of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data transmitted on the Internet. In particular, the Client is obliged to:
    1. use the Internet Store in a manner consistent with the provisions of the laws in force on the territory of the Republic of Poland, the provisions of the Regulations, as well as with the general rules of Internet use.
    2. not to provide or transmit content prohibited by law, e.g. content that
    3. promotes violence, defamatory or violating personal rights and other rights of third parties,
    4. use the Online Store in a manner that does not interfere with its operation, in particular through the use of specific software or devices,
    5. not to take actions such as:
    6. sending or posting unsolicited commercial information (spam) within the Internet Store,
    7. using the Internet Store in a manner that is not disruptive to other customers and Table4U,
    8. using any content posted within the Internet Store only for your own personal use,

IV. Procedure for concluding a Sales Agreement

  1. In
  2. order to conclude a Sales Agreement through the Online Store, the Customer should enter the website and make a selection of
  3. Goods by
  4. taking subsequent technical actions based on messages displayed to the Customer and information available on the website.
  5. The selection of the ordered Goods by the Customer is made by adding them to the shopping cart.
  6. During the placement of the Order - until the moment of pressing the button confirming the placement of the Order - the Customer has the possibility to modify the entered data and the selected Goods. In order
  7. to do so, it is necessary to follow the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website.
  8. After the Customer using the Online Store has provided all the necessary data, a summary of the Order placed will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order
  9. will include, among others, description of the selected goods or services, delivery date, total price and all other costs. In
  10. order to send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Terms and Conditions, provide personal data marked as mandatory and press the button confirming placement of the Order.
  11. Information about the Goods provided on the web pages of the Store constitutes an offer, within the meaning of art

  15. Sending an Order by the Customer constitutes a declaration of will to conclude a Sales Agreement with Table4U, in accordance with the content of the Regulations.
    The Agreement is considered concluded at the moment when the Customer's Order is entered into the computer system of the Online Shop, provided that the Order complies with the Regulations.
    After the conclusion of the contract, the Customer receives an e-mail message containing confirmation of all significant elements of the Order.
  16. If the Store cannot deliver the Goods for the reason that it turns out that the Goods are not available, the Store will notify the Customer immediately, but no later than within 30 days from the conclusion of the contract, and will return the entire amount of money received from the Customer.
  17. If some of the Goods covered by the Order are not available, the Store will suspend the execution of the Order and contact the Customer to let the Customer decide how to fulfill the Order. In the event that the store cannot ship the goods within the time period declared in the offer, the Store will suspend the processing of the Order and contact the Customer for the Customer to decide how to process the Order.
  18. Then the Customer has the option:
    1. to maintain the will to carry out the Order in terms of available Goods,
    2. to cancel the entire Order, or
    3. to change the Order in terms of unavailable Goods.
  19. The contract of sale is concluded in the Polish language, with the content in accordance with the Regulations.
  20. Customers may access these Regulations at any time through the link provided on the home page of and download and make a printout.

The order data is recorded, secured and made available via e-mail. You can see your previous orders within your account, after logging in.

V. Delivery

  1. Delivery of Goods
  2. is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place to the address indicated by the Customer while placing the Order.
  3. Delivery of ordered Goods is carried out through Zadbano Sp. z o.o., ul. Wal Miedzeszyński 251, 04-866 Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as Zadbano and through InPost sp.

    The list of parcel pick-up points with addresses is available on the store's information page and in the shopping cart at the stage of selecting the form of delivery.

In addition, the cost of delivery will be indicated when placing the Order.

  1. Shipping of the order is carried out in accordance with the date given in the summary, except as described in point IV paragraph 7 of these regulations. In the case of an order within the Basket of at least one product with extended availability time, the delivery of the entire order will be carried out jointly in accordance with the delivery date applicable to the product(s) with the longest availability time.

VI. Damage to the Goods caused during delivery.

In case of consumer distance purchase, our Store always bears the risk of accidental damage or loss of goods in transit. If the Goods are delivered with obvious damage caused during transport, we kindly ask you to report such defect to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us. Delay in reporting such a complaint or making contact has no consequences for your statutory claims and their satisfaction, in particular for your rights under the statutory warranty for defects (Section VIII of the Terms and Conditions). Faster notification of noticed damage, caused during transport, is an aid to us in asserting our own claims against the carrier or transport insurer.

In the case of a Customer who is not a Consumer at the same time: the risk of accidental damage or loss of the Goods is transferred from the Online Store to the Buyer at the moment of entrusting the Goods to a carrier engaged in the transportation of goods of a given type, or to a person or courier company designated by the Buyer.

VII. Prices and payment methods

  2. prices of the Goods are quoted in Polish zloty and include all components, including VAT, customs duties and any other components.
  3. The Customer has the option to pay the price of the order in the following forms:
  4. as prepayment - by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Store, the moment of payment is the date on which the prepayment is credited to the Owner's account or transfer confirmation is sent .
  5. The customer should make the prepayment within 48 hours of placing the order. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
    - cash on delivery (additional fee: 20 PLN)
    - by electronic payment and by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro, through the service (PayPro S.A.).
    - installment payment - taking place on the basis of a separate agreement between the selected bank and the Customer. The moment of payment depends on the conclusion of the agreement between the customer and the bank. Available banks offering purchases on installments in Table4U are mBank S.A., AS InBank S.A., Aliorbank S.A and Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A..

Possible current payment methods are specified on the Online Store website in the information tab on payment methods and on the website Settlement of electronic payment and payment card transactions is carried out according to the Client's choice through the service. Electronic payment and payment card transactions are handled by PayPro Spółka Akcyjna with its registered seat in Poznań at ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court Poznań Nowe Miasto and Wilda, VIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000347935, NIP number 7792369887, REGON number 301345068, with the share capital of 5.476,300.00 PLN, fully paid,
  7. The store reserves the right to exclude the form of making payment for an order in the form of "cash on delivery" in relation to the Customer who has not previously collected shipments from the Owner.
  8. After excluding this form of making payment, the Customer may only use the other forms of payment.

VIII. Right of withdrawal from the contract

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The term of withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GAPI Sp. z o.o., Hoża 86/410, 00-682 Warsaw,, Phone: 600640246) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information on the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment by wire transfer to the bank account indicated in the statement of withdrawal; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of its return, whichever event occurs first.

In the case of payment by credit card, we will refund the payment using the same means of payment that was used by the Buyer of preference in the original transaction, unless the Buyer agrees otherwise, in any case the Buyer will not incur any fees in connection with this return.

Please send back or hand over the item to us, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiration of the 14-day period. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item.

Please be informed that we do not have the possibility to pick up the returned goods at the registered office of Gapi Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością in Warsaw, 86/410 Hoża St. In case of mistakenly returning the goods to the address of the company's registered office, all costs related to reshipment to the address of the warehouse shall be borne by the Buyer.

You are responsible only for a reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract is excluded in the case of a contract in which the subject of performance is a non-refabricated thing, produced to the consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individualized needs. In particular, this includes all furniture made by us on individual order.

IX. Complaints about Goods

Applies to a Customer who is a Consumer:

We are obliged to deliver goods free of defects. The statutory right of liability for defects of the sold thing (warranty for defects) to the extent specified in Article 556 and Articles 556[1]-556[3] et seq. of the Civil Code shall apply.

Complaints can be submitted to:

In the case of exercising warranty rights - if we consider it necessary to consider the complaint, you are obliged to deliver the defective goods at our expense to the postal address indicated above. If, due to the nature of the goods or the way they are installed, delivery of the goods would be unduly difficult, you are obliged to make the goods available to us at the place where they are located. We undertake to respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission.

We are liable under warranty if a physical defect is discovered before the expiration of two years from the date of delivery of the goods to you. If the object of sale is a used movable item, warranty liability is one year from the date of delivery.

In the complaint submitted, it is recommended to (1) provide information on the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect; (2) specify the demand for the manner of removal of the defect (replacement of the goods with a new one, repair of the goods, reduction of the price, withdrawal from the contract - if the defect is significant); and (3) provide contact details of the complainant - this will facilitate and speed up the processing of the complaint by the Store. The recommendations specified in the preceding sentence are in the form of non-binding instructions only and in no way affect the effectiveness of complaints made without providing the recommended information.

Defects in the product subject to complaint under the warranty are not considered:

  1. Differences in shade between the elements from which the flat surfaces are made (backs, fronts, tops) and other structural elements, including legs, resulting from the origin, habitat conditions and growth of trees,
  2. Difference in shade and grain in relation to that presented in the photos,
  3. Discoloration or small spots of the surface of the boards, resulting from the natural characteristics of a particular species of wood.
  4. Gaps, rubbing, knots, cavities after knots, unevenness consisting in the lack of a perfect fit of structural elements such as fronts, handles, elements extending table tops within acceptable limits, i.e. +- 3 mm,
  5. Natural odor of wood products,
  6. stained
  7. and varnished, Unevenness
  8. in the coating of varnish and stain,
  9. small cracks in this coating due to the natural work of the wood,
  10. Mechanical damage
  11. caused by improper use of the furniture, in accordance with the recommendations contained in the product characteristics/instructions of use, in particular, overdrying or moisture of the wood beyond the specified standards. Due to the
  12. lack of possibility to control atmospheric conditions during use by the manufacturer, the warranty covers only the natural working of the wood.
  13. Minor filling of the wood surface with hardening compound, masking knots, cracks, cavities resulting from the characteristics of the raw material or/and arising at the stage of wood processing and resulting from the use of nails at the joints of structural elements.
  14. Discoloration, abrasion, visible welds in the metal elements used in some furniture.

Each complaint, including those containing the elements described above, will be considered individually.

In terms of goods purchased in the Outlet, the complaint is not subject to the features/defects of the product, which reduced the price of furniture and about which the customer was informed in the information about the goods.

Only defects of the product, of which the buyer was not informed, are subject to complaints, features resulting from its characteristics/instruction manuals described individually with each product are excluded.

X. Complaints regarding the provision of electronic services

  1. Table4U undertakes actions to ensure fully correct operation of the Online Store, to the extent that results from the current technical knowledge, and undertakes to remove all irregularities reported by the Customers within a reasonable time.
  2. The Customer may notify us of any irregularities or interruptions in the functioning of the Online Store service.

  5. We undertake to respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its submission

XI. Out-of-court ways of dealing with complaints and claims.

  1. We would like to inform you that there are out-of-court ways of dealing with complaints and claims. Taking advantage of them is voluntary and can take place only if both parties to the dispute agree to it.

A consumer may apply for the initiation of proceedings for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes concerning the concluded Sales Agreement to the Trade Inspection, in accordance with Article 36 of the Act of December 15, 2000 on the Trade Inspection (Journal of Laws 2001 No. 4, item 25 as amended).
    - A consumer may also request that a dispute regarding a concluded Sales Agreement be reviewed by a permanent arbitration court operating at the relevant provincial inspectorate of the Commercial Inspection, in accordance with Article 37 of the Commercial Inspection Act of December 15, 2000 (Journal of Laws 2001 No. 4, item 25 as amended).

Detailed information on the settlement of consumer disputes, including the possibility for the Consumer to use out-of-court procedures for handling complaints, pursuing claims and the rules of access to these procedures are available at the offices and on the websites of the provincial inspectorates of the Trade Inspection and at:
  4. We inform you that we undertake to use out-of-court dispute resolution with Consumers within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of September 23, 2016 on out-of-court resolution of consumer disput es.
  5. The entity authorized to out-of-court resolution of disputes between Table4U and the Consumer is: Mazovian Regional Inspector of Commercial Inspection in Warsaw available at: The Consumer may apply to this entity to initiate proceedings for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

XII. Final provisions

  1. If the consumer has a place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, but in a territory belonging to the European Economic Area - the consumer is entitled to all the rights that, in light of the mandatory regulations applicable to the country of his residence - are entitled to a consumer purchasing goods from a trader.
  2. The court competent to resolve disputes with Consumers is the court of local jurisdiction

  4. Settlement of any disputes arising between Table4U and a Customer who is not a Consumer shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over our registered office. In
  5. matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the applicable law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 Civil Code (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2014, item 121, as amended) and the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Law s of 2014,
  6. item 827). In the event of any contradiction of these Regulations with the rights of Customers and provisions arising from universally applicable regulations, the universally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
